Expansion Valve
1. Moisten threads with cold-flowing oil and check 0-rings (14).
2. Install expansion valve (13) to evaporator pipes.
3. Connect lines (15 and 16) to expansion valve.
4. Evacuate a/c system, refill and check for function and leaks. SEE Heating and Air Conditioning. See: Service and Repair SEE Manual (Visual)

5. Attach housing (18) carefully to expansion valve.
6. Install cover under instrument panel.
