As of March 1989 production (from end number F616732), a modified flex disc is installed (bolt circle increased from 80 mm to 90 mm) on the
transmission side of the propeller shaft (see also S.I. 27/80, April 1989). The vibration damper (20) is secured with hex. head bolts (11) behind the
three-armed flange (on flex disc with 80 mm bolt circle the damper (20) was secured between the flex disc and the flange).
See Figures 4 and 5. The rear flex disc and the rear axle center piece remain unchanged.

For vehicles that operate under extreme conditions with a high degree of wear of the front flex disc (A), a flex-resistant disc may be installed (B, Figure
6). After the old stock of the flex disc is depleted, only the flex-resistant disc will be available from the PDC's.
