Brake Lines - Replacement Parts, Bend to Shape

SUBJECT:
REPLACEMENT BRAKE LINES FOR MODELS NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION
As of May 1982, only straight lengths of brake lines (previously bent to the proper shape) will be supplied as spare parts for vehicles no longer in
production. The new brake lines are cut to size, flared on both ends and complete with the necessary fittings.
These brake lines are to be bent to the shape of the removed brake line using a pipe bending tool (locally available from Snap-On Tools, Mac Tools,
etc.).
IMPORTANT:
When bending the brake line, do not damage the plastic coating.
If the original brake line is, not available, bend the replacement line according to the contour of the routing area. This will insure tension-free installation
and prevent chafing.
