Coolant pump drainage pipe, install (02-2029) (when replacing coolant pump)

Model 201 With Engine 102 (Single-Belt Drive)

MODEL 201 WITH ENGINE 102 (SINGLE-BELT DRIVE)

1.

Remove/install poly-V-belt, fan shroud and fan (SMS, Repair Instructions, Job no. 13-342).

2.

Remove/install coolant pump pulley.

Tightening torques:

Hex socket screws 10 Nm
Torx bolts 15 Nm

3.

Disconnect/reconnect electromagnetic fan clutch (Y2).

4.

Press outlet connection fitting (1, Figure 4) into the seepage vent bore (2) in the coolant pump housing.
