Push drainage pipe over the fitting and route between crankcase and power steering pump bracket (Figure 8).

Proceed with reassembly in reverse order of removal.

Remove/install fan shroud.
Remove/install fan viscous clutch and fan together with the fan shroud.

Tightening torque:
Collar bolts   25 Nm

2.

Remove/install V-belts for power steering pump, generator, AC compressor and secondary air injection pump (SMS, Repair Instructions, Job no.
13-340).

3.

Remove/install crankshaft pulley.

Tightening torque:
Crankshaft pulley hex bolts      35 Nm
