Remedy
1.
Remove valve housing and clean thoroughly with cleaning fluid. The throttle valve must move freely and should not hang up.
Caution:
Do not soak throttle valve housing in cleaning fluid.
2.
Blow out vacuum pick up bore for ignition advance.
