Remove compensating spring and clean off all grease residue from regulator.

5.

Insert the new compensating spring on the shaft (arrow) of the toothed drive segment (Figure 3).

6.

Carefully wind-up the compensating spring with the special tool and engage it on the tab.

7.

Check for quiet window operation.

8.

Re-attach plastic sheet to door and install door panel.
