Lateral Accelerometer: Description and Operation

Lateral acceleration sensor is located below right rear seat and is a Hall-effect sensor. sensor transmits lateral acceleration input to ABS/ASR
control unit which allows brake proportion changes during high speed curves. sensor is very sensitive to shock and must be removed before
performing any repaired which may require hammer usage.
