Front Door Latch: Service and Repair

Removal and installation of door lock on driver's door 

A. Sedan 

Removal 

1.  Remove inside door actuation.   See: Front Door Handle/Front Door Interior Handle/Service and Repair
2.  Remove outside door handle.   See: Front Door Handle/Front Door Exterior Handle/Service and Repair

3.  Unscrew screws on door lock.

4.  Swivel door lock with cover at the top around window run channel and remove from door in downward direction.
