Insert both new (thicker) rubber spacers (5) for the condenser and install flat springs (arrow).

Push radiator back slightly and insert both sealing strips (4) on left and right until they are in position at the bottom.

Move radiator into installation position and secure with flat springs. Check position of sealing lip (6) below top edge of radiator; correct, if
necessary.

Connect ground cable to battery.

Check operation of auxiliary fans. Pay attention to direction of rotation - clockwise looking from the front.
Stage 1:
Switch on ignition and bridge both flat connectors at pressure pushbutton switch (S32).
