Air Door Vacuum Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair
Vacuum Switchover Valves

Removal:

1. Remove cover under instrument panel at the right.
2. Remove glove box.
3. Remove righthand lateral lining of center console.
4. Unscrew holder for switchover valves.

5. Pull vacuum lines from switchover valve (13 to 18), first checking color code of vacuum lines on air conditioner housing, mark vacuum lines, if

required.

6. Pull off electric plug and unscrew switchover valve from holder on air conditioner housing.

Installation:

7. Test switchover valve (13 to 18).
8. Mount switchover valve to holder and screw holder to air conditioner housing.
9. Mount electric plug and vacuum lines.

10. Install righthand lateral lining of center console.
11. Install cover under instrument panel at the right.
12. Install glovebox.
