Connecting Rod: Specifications
Rod Bearing Cap Torque

NOTE:

-

Lubricate all bolt threads and bearing surfaces with engine oil before installation.

-

Do Not use flexi beam type torque wrench for angle tightening phase. 

First Version Bolt

New Bolts (First Tightening): 55 Nm
-

Tightening angle 90 - 100°

Retightened Bolts: 45 Nm
-

Tightening Angle: 90°

CAUTION:  It is essential to observe these instructions otherwise the nuts or conrod bolts may slacken.

NOTE:  2nd version and 3rd version bolts arenot applicable to 119.960.
