Both bolts (90)
unscrew and take off expansion valve (82). Tighten to 8 ± 2 Nm.
Piping and connections at evaporator
seal with dummy plug.
Install
in reverse order, at the same time renewing the O-rings (92 and 93) as well as the O-rings on the evaporator pipes and moistening with refrigerant
oil.
Fluid reservoir
renew.
Air conditioning system
evacuate, fill and check proper operation and for signs of leaks. Run engine at idle only for the first 4 minutes.
