AR68.10-P-1150P Remove/Install Center Air Nozzle

Removing

Release lock (2) and pivot air nozzles (3, 4) out upward

Unscrew screws (5)

Release lock (1) and pivot air nozzles (3, 4) out downward

Press catch lugs (6) down in air nozzle duct

CAUTION:  Avoid damaging instrument panel

Remove air nozzle

Remove connector from center air outlet illumination (E10/1)

Lay air nozzle down

Installing

Pick up air nozzle

Connect connector of center air outlet illumination (E10/1)

Set air nozzle on air distribution guide rod and arrest

Release lock (2) and pivot air nozzles (3, 4) out upward

Fully tighten screws (5)

13

Turn adjustment wheel (7) and arrest air distribution guide rod

CAUTION:  It should be possible for the air distribution flap to open and close completely
