Air Conditioning Inoperative

If you encounter instances in Model 203 vehicles where the air conditioning is inoperative and the pressure reading via Star Diagnosis is 0 bar, there may
be two potential causes.

1)

First, check whether the AC is coded in the EIS. To check version coding, using Star Diagnosis, go through the following menus:

Control Units
Body
EIS
Control Unit adaptations
Read coding and change if necessary
All codes
Automatic Air conditioning / automatic temperature control
This coding should read as "PRESENT".

2)

If the AC is coded correctly, check the pressure temperature sensor and replace if necessary.
