Remove e-clip (5, Figure 1).

3.

Remove bolt (1, Figure 1).

4.

Remove screw (4, Figure 1) from linkage (3).

Note:

Linkage is under spring tension.

5.

Move linkage (3, Figure 1) toward front of vehicle.

6.

Remove linkage (3, Figure 1) from wind deflector (2).

7.

Install new linkage in reverse order.

Note:

Re-Install bolt with bolt head toward center of vehicle and groove toward the outside.

8.

Repeat procedure on opposite side.
