Rear Door Panel: Removal and Replacement

Installation wedge 110 589 03 59 00

Removal

-

Open crank window.

-

Press cover (2) from top with installation wedge and remove.
Note: In order to avoid damaging the door liner, grind assembly wedge so that it coincides with the cover.

Unscrew screw from round lock cover (4) and remove round lock cover downward.

-

Remove window crank (3).

-

Unscrew screws (6).

-

Press door liner (1) off inner door panel with installation wedge from bottom, front and rear.
Note: Insert installation wedge directly next to each clip.

Pry top of the door liner (1) off upwards out of the clips at the sealing rail using installation wedge and at the same time pull away from the inner
door panel.

-

Unhook linkage from inner door actuation.

-

Disconnect connector from power window switch.
