As of Model Year 08 (SA code 808) and Headlamp Washing System (SA code 600)

Headlamp Washer Switch

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of no headlamp washer switch located on the left side of the dashboard, this is due to a
modification change on Model Year 2008 vehicles. Do not replace any parts or submit repairs for warranty. The headlamp washer can now be
operated from the windshield wiper/washer stalk on the steering wheel. See below, or the specific vehicle's operator's manual, for headlamp
washer functionality:

The headlamps will automatically be cleaned with a high-pressure water jet when:

the headlamps are switched on,

^

the windshield washer fluid has been operated five times (for model 204, when the washer fluid is  operated the first time and every 10th time).

Note:

The washer fluid counter will reset when the ignition is switched off or when the headlamps are switched off.
