DANGER!
Risk of explosion from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury with caustic burns
to eyes and skin from battery electrolyte or from handling damaged lead-acid batteries.

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.

Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and goggles. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Unclip cover (1) on mirror triangle

NOTE:  First pry off cover at top using mounting wedge and then remove at bottom.

Disconnect connector (2)

Unclip left (H4/23), right (H4/24) front door mirror triangle speaker and remove out of cover (1)

Install in the reverse order

Perform basic programming

Read diagnostic trouble code memory and erase

8

Perform function check
