AR83.10-P-2016T Remove/Install Actuator For Right Center Nozzle Air Flap

- with CODE (581) Convenience automatic air conditioning

Remove evaporator housing

Disconnect electrical connectors (1) and expose the electrical leads

NOTE:  0bserve installation position of electrical connectors and electrical lines.

Detach clamps (2) at top on the evaporator housing and slide out the upper sliding clip (3)

Turn evaporator housing

Detach clamps (2) at bottom of the evaporator housing and slide out the lower sliding clip (3)

Disconnect evaporator housing

NOTE:  Place to the side with electrical leads connected.

Unscrew bolts (4)

Detach right center vent air flap actuator motor(M2/13)

Install in the reverse order

Synchronize the stepper motors.
