Ensure that the rear of the engine does not touch the body

Do not over-tension coolant hoses

-

Do not damage drive shafts and cup seals

Unscrew bolts (7) of engine mounts (5) at front axle carrier

Remove engine mounts (5)

NOTE:  Environmental protection regulations for disposal of engine mounts

CAUTION:  Installation:  The anti-twist locks (arrows) at the engine mounts (5) must be located in the retaining slots (arrows) of the
engine supports.

Dispose engine mounts into mixed scrap.

Install in the reverse order

Read diagnostic trouble code memory and erase

Stored faults which can result from cables being disconnected or from simulation during removal and installation or test work, have to be
processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.
