Examining

Examine ease of movement and condition of relay lever (31/1) and accelerator control cable (32)

Replace parts, as necessary

Adjusting

CTP
-

The relay lever (31/1) must be resting against CTP stop (a)

NOTE:  Hand-held tester should indicate 0 %.

Turn adjusting bolt (32/3) until relay lever (31/1) is resting against CTP stop (a)

WOT
-

Depress accelerator until the relay lever (31/1) is resting against WOT stop (b)

NOTE:  Hand-held tester should indicate 100 %.

Release WOT stop (38) by turning to the left and press accelerator until it makes contact

Lock WOT stop (38) in the position it has adopted by tuning to the right

Check WOT and CTP setting
