Check the left and right side guides for damage in the area of the guide sleeve for the helical shaft (Figure 2, circle). Replace damaged guides.

3.

Remove drive assembly for the load compartment cover. Refer to WIS Document AR68.50-P-4950T.

Reinstall drive assembly for the load compartment cover. Refer to WIS Document AR68.50-P-4950T.

5.

Reinstall guide rails for the load compartment cover on the left and right sides. Refer to WIS Document AR68.30-P-4495T.

Note:

Pay particular attention to the position of the crimped portion of the crimped on hose clamp. It must be positioned correctly (Figure 1, correct).
