Heater Core: Service and Repair

Automatic Climate Control System Components

REMOVAL:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Disconnect the heater supply and return hoses.
4. Remove the instrument panel.   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair
