6 Disengage tube on tilting/sliding sun roof motor and remove tilting/sliding sun roof motor.

7 Pull off water drain hoses and remove screws.
8 Lower tilting/sliding sun roof frame, front, and push in driving direction, extending tube on tilting/sliding sun roof frame, rear.

CAUTION:  Risk of iniury when removing tilting/sliding sun roof frame caused by sliding carrier. Be sure to wear protective gloves.
Do not distort tube during removal and installation, since the control cable would then bind in tube.

9 For installation proceed in reverse order.
