Component Identification

Place steering knuckle under press.

Press the front axle shaft flange (9) out of the steering knuckle using the thrust piece (09c) and extraction and insertion tool

Draw the front axle shaft flange (9) into the double-row angular ball bearing (9n) using the extraction and insertion tool.

Ensure that when drawing in the pressure plate (05c) makes proper contact with the double-row angular ball bearing.
