1. Cut off pilot stud (2) on application nozzle (1).
2. Cut application nozzle (1) down to marking (arrow).
The dimension from the front edge of the application nozzle (1) up to the marking (arrow) should be approx. 16 cm, so that the application height
of the glue is at least 16 mm.
3. Screw application nozzle (1) onto cartridge and place cartridge in cartridge gun.

Use intermediate element to completely press out cartridge.

Install windshield (1) on body flange (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material (2, 3), otherwise adhesive force of adhesive material (2, 3)
starts to decrease.
1. Guide application nozzle along adhesive surface on windshield (1) and uniformly apply adhesive material (2) in form of bead with height of
approx. 16 mm.
2. Uniformly apply support bead (3) to white adhesive tape (4) on windshield (1) in form of bead with a height of approx. 16 mm.
Completely press out adhesive material not required, immediately following application.
