Attach electrical cable to block heater.

Route electrical cable (A, Figure 2) along transmission oil cooler line to front of vehicle and attach with cable ties (arrows).

Note:

Excess cable may be tied to the transmission oil cooler.

Route cable plug to a convenient location as per customer preference. Secure cable and plug with cable ties.

Note:

Ensure that cable is routed away from moving engine parts and sources of high heat.

10.

Reinstall all encapsulation panels.

Test coolant for sufficient antifreeze protection, refill and bleed cooling system. Pressure test system for leaks (Figure 3).

12.

Run engine. Check for proper coolant level.
