Heater operation front and rear

Function

In heating mode fresh air (A) is drawn in by the blower motor (A32m1) due to the position of the fresh air flaps and recirculated air flaps actuator motor
(M2/5). The air cleaned through the dust filter (1) is routed to the cooled evaporator (2), dried there and cooled off. Then the dried and cooled air (B) is
heated up again due to the position of the left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) and the right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7) in the heated heat
exchanger (3) and heater booster (R22/3). The heated air (C) is routed through the positions of the actuator motors (M2/6, M2/7, M2/15 and M2/16) to
the air outlets (6, 7, 8, 10) .

In addition cooled air (B) is diverted directly downstream of the evaporator (2) which mixes with the heated air (C) via the position of the center nozzle
flap actuator motor (M2/22) and the left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) and the right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7). As a result blend air (D)
escapes at the front center nozzle air outlet (9) and rear center nozzle air outlet (5). The condensation is passed to atmosphere through the condensation
drain.
