Voice Activation Module: Service and Repair

AR82.70-P-0003TA Remove/Install Voice Control System Control Unit

- with CODE (813) Voice control system (VCS [SBS])

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Remove front section of load compartment floor

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

CAUTION:  Release electrical connector (1) locking mechanism with care, risk of breaking locking mechanism

Cover fiber optic cable

NOTE:  Fiber optical cable is integrated in electrical connector (1)

Unclip wiring harness (2) from carrier plate (3) and lift until screw (4) is accessible

Unscrew screw (4)

Remove voice control system control module (A35/11)

Install in the reverse order
