Remove rear Parktronic warning indicator (A44/3).

On vehicles with code (220) PARKTRONIC or with code (230) Exclusive parking assist.

Remove rear dome lamp (E15/3).

Remove screw/bolt (1) of bracket (4).

Remove cover (3).

Detach headliner (2) in area of edge guard (arrow).

Unscrew screw/bolt with bracket (5) and remove.

Operation step 7 to 13 only on vehicles with code (537) Digital radio or with code (511) Audio 50 APS with DVD changer or with code (512)
COMAND APS with DVD changer or with code (525) MB Audio 50 APS radio or with code (527) COMAND APS with single DVD drive (with
navigation).

Separate multifunction antenna wiring harness (6) in marked area and wrap multifunction antenna wiring harness (6) remaining in vehicle with felt
tape.

Stick multifunction antenna wiring harness (6) to body using felt tape so that rattling noises do not occur.
