Reason for change

Reason for block

Complaint:

Interference noise from the speaker in the front door.

Cause:

Due to incorrect installation of the door lining, the soundproofing of the speaker may press against the diaphragm of the speaker.

Remedy:

1) Remove door lining on front door

2) Check whether the soundproofing (in the marked area) is pressing on the diaphragm of the speaker, see attachment

3) Replace speaker soundproofing if necessary

NOTE:

Parts are special order from GLC and not a stocking item for MBUSA.
