Position expansion valve (1) and screw in bolts (5)

NOTE:  In order to avoid tilting over, tighten the bolts (5) alternately.

Bolt on expansion valve:   8 N.m

Attach suction line (2) and pressure line (3) to expansion valve (1) and screw in nut (4)

CAUTION:  The suction line (2) and pressure line (3) must not rest against the body otherwise the suction line (2) and pressure line (3)
may be damaged.

NOTE:  Replace sealing ring and moisten thread with compressor oil.

Nut on expansion valve:   10 N.m

Install wiper system

Replace receiver/drier

Evacuate air conditioning system, fill and check for leaks

CAUTION:  Too much or too little compressor oil can damage the refrigerant compressor.

NOTE:  Add noted quantity of compressor oil (new compressor oil) to air conditioning when filling.
