Component Identification

Disconnect black plug C (20) from rear SAM control unit (N10/8).

Remove contact carrier (21) for pins 1 to 26 out of black plug C (20).

Unpin line from contact cavity 1 of contact carrier (21) and pin into contact cavity 2 of included black, 2-pin connector housing (22).

Line in contact cavity 1 is the "Front passenger door contact" signal.

Unpin line from contact cavity 14 of contact carrier (21), pin into contact cavity 1 of included black, 2-pin connector housing (22) and lock
connector housing (22).

Line in contact cavity 14 is the "Driver door contact" signal.

Pin white/blue line (ws/bl) of illuminated door sill molding wiring harness (2) into contact cavity 14 of contact carrier (21).
