The respective size designation of the rim is only binding for the specified vehicle model series. Deviations in the contour of the wheel or the brake
system can lead to hitting on adjacent components on other models in spite of the same nominal dimensions and therefore affecting the operating
safety.

In the Federal Republic of Germany, modification approval from an officially recognized expert or tester from a technical testing point for motor
vehicles or from a testing engineer from an officially recognized supervisory organization is required for wheel/tire combinations which require
modification work on the body and/or the chassis
