Connecting Rod: Service and Repair
AR03.10-P-6111-02VA Tighten connecting rod bolts

Tightening angle

Lubricate the bolt thread and head contact surface with engine oil.

Tighten connecting rod bolts to step 1.

Tighten connecting rod bolts to step 2.
4
Tighten connecting rod bolts to step 3.
If no angle tightener is available, continue turning the connecting rod bolts to the specified angle using a socket wrench and locking handle.
Do not use a flexi-rod torque wrench for tightening in order to avoid any angle errors.
