All listed special tools are available in the extraction and insertion tool set 220 589 06 43 00.

Mount strut rod (2) onto support 220 589 06 43 06 (6).

Apply extraction tool 220 589 06 43 05 (4) to unchamfered side of t strut rod and press out hydro-mount (1).

Check bearing seat in torque strut (2).
Should the bearing seat have clearly noticeable scores, the torque strut (2) should be replaced
