Mask areas around rear window with suitable textile adhesive tape to prevent damaging the vehicle paintwork when cutting out.

Allow primer to air dry for 10 min. to avoid negative effects to the adhesive action of the glue.

Model 203.0/2: Cut silicon semiconductors for ground connection and replace when installing. Use new clips when installing water repellent.

The side window in the driver door must be opened during the curing time to prevent the rear window from being pressed out by the air when the
doors are closed.
^
Install rear window on body flange within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

Work procedure is shown on model 204.0.
1. Center windshield (1) above body opening with aid of helper and position to coincide with strips of adhesive tape (arrows).

2. Position rear-end window (1) on body flange and press on until it makes contact with rubber window spacers. Then fix in place with suitable
adhesive tape.
The curing time of the adhesive material is approx. 2 h measured from the time the rear window is installed.

Repair Materials
Install rear-end window on body flange within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material before adhesive force of glue begins to decrease.
1. Guide application nozzle (2) along bonding surface on rear window or along glue residues on body flange.
