AR67.30-P-4000-02CY Cut Out Rear Side Window With Cutting Wire

DANGER:  Risk of injury due to tear or warming up of cutting wire and through glass splinters when cutting out glued windows

Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

The following tool is required for the work described below: cutting wire (1), counterholder (1) and T-handle "Veritrac" window removal tool

1. Mask window cutout on body with masking tape.

To avoid paint damage.

2. Cut off cutting wire (1) and push through adhesive material with pliers or scratch awl.
3. Fasten counterholder at end of cutting wire (1) in vehicle interior.
4. Fasten T-handle (1) to end of cutting wire.
5. Support counterholder in adhesive material approx. 15 cm offset to guide through cutting wire (1), pull outer T-handle in direction of

counterholder and cut adhesive material.
Tension cutting wire (1) during entire removal, otherwise the cutting wire (1) can kink and break.
Aid of helper required.

6. Install cup suction tool on rear side window (2)

7. Remove rear side window (2)
