Remove, Install Brake Line From Stepped Tandem Brake Master Cylinder To Hydraulic Unit

Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling

Open engine hood and raise to vertical position

Unscrew pressure circuit brake line (DK) and secondary brake circuit brake line (SK) from tandem master brake cylinder (1).
CAUTION:
-
Risk of confusion! Before unscrewing, mark the brake line in relation to the appropriate connection.

Plug connections with blind plugs to prevent brake fluid flowing out.

Unscrew pressure circuit brake line (DK) and secondary brake circuit brake line (SK) from traction system hydraulic unit (A7/3).
CAUTION:

Risk of confusion! Before unscrewing, mark the brake line in relation to the appropriate connection.

Plug brake line and connections with blind plugs to prevent brake fluid flowing out.
