short and has an arrowhead at the end of it. Next to the arrowhead is the name of the circuit or component which shares that wiring. To quickly check
shared wiring, check the operation of a component it serves. 

If that component works, you know the shared wiring is OK.

All connectors are labeled (P/C, X18/2, etc.). When there are more than one connector to a component, the connectors are labeled sequentially, such
as C1, C2, or P/B, P/C, etc. For more information see the Component Location Index.

Connector cavities are also labeled (F, 2, etc.). 

Wires are identified by the abbreviated names of their colors; the second color is the color of the stripe. Wires are also identified by their location in a
connector. The letter "F" next to the male and female wire terminals at X18/2, for example, means those terminals join in cavity F of connector X18/2.
