5.

Position the lock of pre-existing cable tie (2) toward the HVAC case, then tighten.

Note:

Ensure a minimum 10 mm clearance between the harnesses and top of the accelerator pedal lever at full throttle position.

6.

Push any remaining harness slack under the carpet, below the HVAC case.

7.

Secure the harnesses to one another with cable tie (3) approximately 60 mm forward of pre-existing cable tie (2).

8.

Reinstall the left under dash panel.

9.

Apply a white paint mark to the cover of Diagnostic Plug (X11/22) as verification that this Service Campaign was performed.
