Exhaust Manifold: Procedures

AR49.10-P-5531-01DA Replace the Rivet Nuts In the Exhaust Manifold.

AR49.10-P-5531-01DA Replace the rivet nuts in the exhaust manifold.

Special Tools

Hammer rivet nuts with a suitable bolt (arrow) out of exhaust manifold bores.

Only screw bolt into rivet nut by hand.

Insert new rivet bushes into exhaust manifold bore.

Screw cocking bolt into rivet nut and tighten.

4

Unscrew cocking bolt.
