No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing
when handling fuel.

Release pressure in fuel tank
NOTE: Open cap.

Remove left rear wheel
Refer to Wheels below

Remove plastic inner shell from fender

Plug fuel feed line (90/12) and fuel return flow line (90/11)
NOTE: Press catch and pull pipe off.
CAUTION: Do not bend fuel lines.
Refer to Special Tool below

Remove pressure chamber ventilation pipe (77/3)
CAUTION: Installation: Inspect hose clamp, replace if necessary.

Remove fuel line (52) to engine
NOTE: Press catch and pull pipe off.

Slacken securing clamp (91/1) and pull fuel filter and pressure regulator out to front
CAUTION: Installation: Check whether securing clamp can be reused, replace if necessary.

Install in the reverse order
DANGER: Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury from bruises and burns if you hold
your hand into engine when it is started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it moving off by itself.

Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
