Mercedes Benz ML Class workshop manuals
Mercedes-Benz ML Class at a glance: 10 manuals, covering 1998 to 2010 models, with engines from 3.2 to 6.3 litres.
About the M-Class
The M-Class (ML) is a mid-size SUV made since 1997, renamed the GLE in 2015. The first ML rolled off the line at Mercedes-Benz's new plant in Vance, Alabama, in February 1997. The first generation (W163) had a separate body and frame; the second (W164) moved to a unibody shared with the GL-Class.
What these manuals cover
- 1998–2004 (W163): the 3.2 and 3.7-litre V6s, the 4.3 and 5.0 V8s and the ML 55 AMG.
- 2006–2010 (W164): the 3.5 V6, the ML 550's 5.5 V8, the ML 63 AMG and the ML 450 Hybrid.
Tip: the first number in brackets is the model code, and its first three digits give the chassis series (210.065 is a W210). The second number is the engine code (112.941 is an M112 engine), so manuals for other models with the same engine code cover the same engine.
