Repair Materials
Wear cotton gloves. Ensure there are no fingerprints in area of bonding surface (A). To prevent adhesion problems when installing glass roof, keep
bonding surface (A) free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components.
1. Check front glass cover (1) for signs of damage.
2. Fit cup suction tool on outside of front glass cover (1) and place front glass cover (1) (with inside facing upwards) onto a suitable support.
3. Apply glass activator to bonding surface (A) of front cover (1) with on part of the paper towel and wipe with the other part of the paper towel.
Apply glass activator only to black bonding surface (A). If glass activator gets onto transparent areas wipe off immediately. Allow glass activator
to dry completely.
4. Apply glass primer to bonding surface (A) of front glass cover (1) using application rod included and allow to cure completely (flash-off time at
least 10 min).

Repair Materials
Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the gluing surface (area A).
1. Cut triangular opening of application nozzle so that glue can be applied with a height of approx. 14 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm.
2. Guide application nozzle along bonding surface (area A) on body flange; press out glue evenly.
