3. Remove rear engine mount bolts (2) and transmission bracket bolts (1), remove transmission bracket (3).

Fabricate transmission bracket spacers (6) with the required thickness by means of the geometry of the transmission bracket (3).

If the articulation angle of the front axle gear relative to the front propeller shaft (K1) is supposed to increase and the articulation angle of the
front propeller shaft relative to the transfer case (K2) is supposed to decrease.

For each 1 mm of sheet thickness the articulation angle of the front axle gear relative to the front propeller shaft (K1) increases by approx. 0.1
degrees, the articulation angle of the front propeller shaft relative to the transfer case (K2) in contrast decreases by 0.1 degrees.

For a spacer thickness of more than 2 mm the bolt length of the transmission bracket bolts (1) must be extended by 5 mm.

If spacers of more than 5 mm thickness are required, the front and rear engine mount must be checked for signs of settling or wear and
replaced if necessary.

Fabricate rear engine mount spacer (7) with the required thickness by means of the geometry of the transmission bracket (3).

If the articulation angle of the front axle gear relative to the front propeller shaft (K1) is supposed to decrease and the articulation angle of the
front propeller shaft relative to the transfer case (K2) is supposed to increase

For each 1 mm of sheet thickness the articulation angle of the front axle gear relative to the front propeller shaft (K1) decreases by approx. 0.1
degrees, the articulation angle of the front propeller shaft relative to the transfer case (K2) in contrast increases by 0.1 degrees.

For a spacer thickness of more than 2 mm the bolt length of the rear engine mount bolts (2) must be extended by 5 mm.

If spacers of more than 5 mm thickness are required, the front and rear engine mount must be checked for signs of settling or wear and
replaced if necessary.

Install transmission bracket spacers (6) between the frame floor assembly and transmission bracket (3) or rear engine mount spacer (7) between the
rear engine mount and transmission bracket (3) and install transmission bracket (3). Tighten transmission bracket bolts (1) and rear engine mount
bolts (2).

7. Remove transmission jack and transmission platform.
8. Install reinforcement brace on the left and right.
