AR77.21-P-0800-02RT Prepare Panoramic Roof Frame For Installation

- with CODE (413) Panoramic glass roof with top sliding roof

Repair Materials

Wear cotton gloves. Fingerprints should not be visible in the area of the gluing surface (F).To prevent adhesion problems when glazing, keep gluing
surface (F) free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other anti-adhesive components.

1. Check panoramic roof frame (1) for damage
2. Place panoramic roof frame (1) on suitable support with inside pointing upward.
3. Apply glass activator to gluing surface (F) of panoramic roof frame with part of the paper towel and wipe with remaining paper towel.

Apply glass activator only to black gluing surface (F)If glass activator gets onto transparent areas wipe off immediately. Allow glass activator to
dry completely.

4. Apply glass primer to gluing surface (F) of panoramic roof frame (1) using application rod provided and allow to air-dry completely (airing time at

least 10 minutes).
