Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Application and ID
As of vehicle ident. end number 128 374 the refrigerant injection nozzle (107) is no longer located in the rear air conditioning evaporator (13) due to
noise reasons; a modified refrigerant injection valve (107) is installed in the refrigerant shut-off valve (Y67).
Since 01/93 a refrigerant shut-off valve (Y67) with improved noise characteristics has been installed which can be recognized by the following part
numbers:
New part number ND 113 300 - 1541
Previous part number 113 300 - 1540
From this modification date on note the changed quantity of refrigerant (1250 g, previously 1400 g) (new filling label with part number 001 989 08 03).
