Headlamp Alignment Actuator: Service and Repair

A. Up to approx. 02/94

Cover(1)

take off, fit on.

Locking clamp (2) 

fold open, close.

Housing cover (3) 

take off, fit on.

Reflector (4)

move fully upward at the adjusting screw (5).

Red locking clip (7)

unclip from positioning element (6), clip in place.

Positioning element (6)

turn to left through 45° and remove, insert and turn to right 45°

Pneumatic line (8)

disconnect, connect.

Headlamps

adjust.
